To view the videos you need Windows Media Player.
- You must have a recent version of the Windows Media Player installed and properly configured in order to play these videos.

Experiencing problems?
If you have Windows Media Player installed and are experiencing problems there are several possible reasons:
Unsupported version
You may be using an unsupported version of Windows Media Player (accept the automatic "codec" upgrades if offered or follow the link below to get the latest version:

Browser settings
Your browser's settings may need to be modified to allow successful viewing please select the link below

The video image is static, “jumpy” or blurred
The HSE Worksmart videos have been optimised to provide an acceptable image and audio quality for both modem and high bandwidth users.
If you are using a “Dial-up” connection you may experience these problems because of technical limitations caused by your connection rate, if below 30Kbps this may be the reason.
Try using the pause button to allow the video to load before selecting play, this will provide a smoother delivery of the video.
In other cases, your computer processor memory may be fully utilised, try closing other programmes if they are open.
No sound
Please ensure your speakers are connected and the volume button is selected appropriately on both the speakers and the software volume control.
