Carriage of dangerous goods
The Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations 2007 ("CDG 2007"), SI 2007 No 1573 
, came into force on 1 July 2007. They succeed the 2004 regulations and now include the carriage of radioactive materials.
The Carriage Regulations implement ADR (with a number of exceptions). They refer directly to ADR and there are some additional or alternative requirements to ADR.
