Musculoskeletal disorders
HSE, working with the National Tyre Distributors Association and the British Tyre Manufacturers Association, is staging a country wide series of workshops to draw attention to the dangers of handling tyres.
Two UK organisations were among the nine winners that were recently honoured with a European Good Practice Award for helping to prevent musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) – the most common form of work-related illness in Europe.
