Further Education Safety and Health Forum (FESH)

The Further Education Safety and Health Forum (FESH) is a stakeholder forum established to deal at a strategic level with health and safety issues within the further education sector.

Membership is drawn from the Association of Colleges (AoC), trade unions, HSE and education representatives from Scotland and Wales.

The terms of reference for the Forum are:

"To act as a forum for the Further Education Sector, developing partnership between employers and employee representatives and providing strategic oversight and direction on matters of occupational health and safety.

It is expected that the establishment of this forum will lead to the evolution of practical solutions to occupational health and safety issues. The regulators will be invited to attend and others may be co-opted."
