National Occupational Standards

HSE has worked with the Employment National Training Organisation and other stakeholders to develop a set of National Occupational Standards on the prevention and management of work-related violence. These standards provide a framework for employers to develop their policies and procedures for tackling violence, as well as guidance for individuals and managers for dealing with violent situations and their aftermath.
